I keep getting an error message when I am trying to buy tickets
I am trying to buy tickets. I waited in line (via computer) and now, when I am trying to buy the tickets I get a message that says "You have reached this page due to an unexpected error"

Due to overwhelming demand, coupled with serious technical problems experienced by our ticket provider, we have suspended the current on-sale. We're blown away by your amazing response to this year's Bonnaroo line up and unfortunately, the ticketing system was blown away as well. We share in your frustration and are taking the time to make sure that the problem is fixed. We will let you know by the end of the day Monday when tickets will go on sale (again). Thank you for your patience and understanding, we are confident that everyone who wants to attend this year’s festival will be able to purchase a ticket soon. And, by the way, if you did purchase your tickets, no worries....you're good to go. We're looking forward to seeing everyone down on the farm in June!
We will be making an announcement on our website, social media and through our mailer. Please stay tuned to those outlets for updates.

Ok Ive tried:
3 different browsers close to 12 times.
The closest I got was the shopping cart at about 11:05 am hit continue, then error. Now it looks like price level 3 is sold out.

I'm wondering whether it's a browser/encryption issue.
This is one of the bits of info on the Terms and Conditions page:
"To purchase tickets using our web ticketing, your browser must have 128-bit encryption. I'm using Firefox and when I checked on the encryption it said all this bullcrap about how the website (www.bonaroo.com) does not support encryption.
I'm gong to try Safari. Hopefully this works because I do NOT want to have to download and install Internet Explorer just for this. So mad. You're starting the fest off badly, Bonaroo. -

so all of the tickets are up for grabs now? and level 3 looks like it sold out in literally 40 minutes.. I got the error, i tried on three different web browsers and still the same thing.. I'm totally totally bummed..
does this mean still that more tickets will go on sale for the next payment plan dates???

Why cant customer service handle telephone calls? They should atleast use ticket master they can handle the voulme of demand. We should be allowed to purchase at tier 3 for trying all day.

Looks like I'm getting the same error message you all are getting. I've been trying to use Internet Explorer now I'm trying to use Google Chrome. I'm assuming that won't work either. NOT HAPPY! This is my first music festival so I'm willing to wait, but then again I WANT MY TICKET! No point in sending an email if everyone and their mom is too. This is slightly an impluse buy, but nevertheless I'm going to buy. Trying to have patience, but it's slowly fleeting!

ive been trying to buy since 11am on the dot (central time) and got all the way to hit check out and got the same error message. Thinking it was because i was using a work computer, I currently have my mom trying to buy on her computer, she got the error message initially but has finally updated and is in the process of trying to check out....GOOGLE CHROME WILL NOT WORK! it seems to need IE 7 or higher

what really sucks is that isnt the last page there is about 4 more screens and did you haer about the "city/state" button I dont give a ish if I have to pay 259 I just want my ticket....Sat was an epic let down as well as a fail, but i will still wait and purchase when they go on sale again (I am assuming they save the most tix for the tier 5). I just hope they fix the issues and make it a little more user friendlky. I am dyslexic(seriuos not joking) all those screen were relly confusing:(

Try this:
Shift + Command + Delete = clears your cookies/ empty your trash
My Boyfriend got through by doing this. It still takes FOREVER, but it did work for us. We used firefox.-

After an hour and fifteen minutes, and 10-15 errors at various stages, I finally got through. That was the most expensive "service fee" I've ever paid, and the worst online ticket service I've ever gotten. I think Ticketstoday should issue everyone who bought a ticket today a refund for their horrible service. At the least, I would like a public acknowledgment/apology for wasting all of our time. Either way, Bonnaroo, I hope you look for a different ticket company in the future.

I've been trying to get the VIP tickets on safari & on my Android Phone since 12 EST. I initially got the error screen & now it's just a blank white page.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went through everything since 12PM..TWICE! Finally got through, entered all my credit card information and then it went to the "Unexpected error" message. This is completely unacceptable. How can this happen? Where did my credit card info go? Did I buy a ticket? Can Bonnaroo help me?

This is absolutely ridiculous. I've never had this many problems while trying to get Bonnaroo tickets online. I watched the Price 3 tickets sell out, while I received 10+ messages saying error received. If the staff don't do something to help us out, I'm going to be extremely upset.

why haven't the bonnaroo help staff commented on ANY of our posts? "Rebecca Bonnaroo" was answering a few general posts up until the ticketing site went active and now she and any other roo staff are nowhere to be seen. Well, some people have been successful, considering that the list of tickets available on stubhub continues to grow by the minute. It's cool, I've only wasted 2 hours this morning, might as well go pay double face value now. How can an even this large be so ill-prepared? How? Embarrassing.

I refuse to buy from those big ticket companies and at a hiked up price. And it upsets me to think they had more success than us. They're just trying to make money!
If it turns out that we have to buy tickets from them because of the problems we are having with this website I suggest a boycott untill we get regularly priced tickets from Bonnaroo. What about all the people that need a payment plan? now the shceduling will be all messed up not to mention the big ticket companies don't have a payment plan. -

Customer dis-service. I can't believe there are 20 screens to get through in this short amount of time. At least Coachella offered the opportunity to set up an account with credit card info to save speed up the process. What a waste of my time! I hope that the musicians are angry as well. I'm a fan of many on the list but this seems to be some sick corporate setup. Does Bonnaroo care? No they're going to sell tickets either way. It doesn't matter that scalpers can buy out all of the tickets while real fans sit on their computers with their dicks in their hands. Good job Bonnaroo! For what it's worth, I just got tickets, and have been trying since 11 am CST... can't tell you how many times I got weird errors and page time outs. Wound up getting through with Firefox (clearing the cache). Pissed off that all the $234 tickets sold-out in my close to 2 hours of trying to get tickets... Did still manage to get in at $244.

SERIOUS waste of my Saturday - 2 hours and 40 minutes in, was FINALLY entering in my credit card info (after over 100 failed attempts) when the website decides to suspend sales and I get yet ANOTHER error screen. The sale didn't go through, so I get to look forward to doing this all over again tonight and paying a premium for the higher-priced tickets. Ugh. The only thing that consistently works is the time-out function. This REALLY shouldn't be happening for Roo #11. Seriously.

I tried 10 times...During my last attempt, I had 25 seconds left to go, hit the payment button, it said it was processing and then I get an error page. Then they disabled ticket sales. This is so upsetting....Why not just let my payment go through? I spent almost 3 hours working on this.

Paid for my hotel this morning. I clicked buy tix at noon on my ipad2. Took 3 hours and about 15 attempts to get to the shopping cart. The count down started, by the time I got to the payment screen there was 1:30 left. Time ran out, Thanks Guys!!!!!

Sammy I've been a bouncer, have done personal protection and band security for over 15 years. I have been on van tours and slept in a tour bus. From 07-08 I worked over 300 shows. This isn't including all the Biker events I've worked in my life. I saw the Grateful Dead in 1990 when I was 18. Trust me I have seen it ALL!!
It comes down to one thing. A fresh shower everyday and a break from the humidity. -

I propose that on Monday, when new tickets go on sale again, that the original $234 price gets honored. We understand that there were some server issues, however, as a loyal 'rooer for a few years, I think that it is only fair that you give us a break and help our pockets!
Looking forward to seeing you at the Farm, hopefully with an extra $10 bucks to spend on something else there!

This is where I should have been to share my frustration after waiting twice directly at 12 on two different computers and browsers just to get to the email screen and get the error message.
